Fols. 2r-5r: [Catalogue] Anno Domini Mo CCCC LXVI circa festum Nativitatis Domini fuit venerabilis frater Dionisius Cartusiensis in domo Brugensi Ordinis Carthusiensium et portavit secum sequentes hos titulos librorum suorum, qui tunc fuit rector nove plantationis ordinis eiusdem prope Buscuducis.

Prologus. A religiosis aliisque venerandis personis frequenter atque per plures annos ego frater Dionisius Carthusiensis rogatus sum scribere eis nomina seu titulos opusculorum meorum - - - [there follows a long argumentation about the reasons why and why not he should make such a list available]. Verum quando ista scribo ad discernendum opuscula mea ab aliis non reor sufficere titulos seu nomina opusculorum exprimere, nisi et eorundem exordia tangantur. - - -

Primo scripsi super librum psalmorum. Prohemium: Dixit David filius Ysai. Hunc librum quantum desuper datum est litteraliter, allegorice, tropologice et anagogice exposui quantum textus ipse permisit.
Super Ysaiam - - -.
Super Iheremiam [from here onwards in two columns and without incipits or commentary].

[After the Bible books commented by him, there is a blank space; then :]
De contemptu mundi et arta via salutis.
De fonte lucis et semitis vite.
- - -
Super quatuor libris sentenciarum.
Inflam\ma/torium divini amoris.

In this list two titles are followed by "inpressus est" (in first hand): De sacramento altaris et celebracione dialogus, and Speculum conversionis peccatorum dyalogus.

[102] [Fol. 5v, in same hand and with same decoration :] Sunt adhuc plures libri quos composuit ipse et manu propria scripsit. Hos omnes invenietis in domo professionis sue que dicitur domus Bethleem iuxta Ruramundam in Gelria. Qui fuit sanctissime vite et obiit anna Domini Mo CCCCo LXXIo, ipso die sancti Gregorii pape. - - - Et dictus est Dionisius Rikel alias de Leeuwis. Et in conventu regularium in Leiderdorp multos ipsius invenies tractatus.
